Shipping Policies
We process orders within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been received, we will do our best to pack your orders as fast as we can. Once your order has been shipped, give at least 3-5 business days to receive your order.
Please let us know if you need your order for a specific date and we will try our hardest to get it there to you on time, given you order in due time.
During high peak times such as Christmas, please note that shipping times may be delayed, if you need help tracking your order

Our shipping prices
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 on all orders (Australia wide only) New Zealand orders are based off weight and will be calculated at checkout.
In person pickup
We are located in Pimpama, on the Gold Coast, if you are a local and would rather pick up your order, we will be ready and waiting for you.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you a notification for a time to come and pick it up.
