Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your products as much as we love them. But for any reason you are unhappy with your product, within reason, you have 30 days from purchase to send it back to us. We will not accept any returned orders after the 30 day time frame.

Item/s being sent back must be in their original packaging and unused. You will also need proof of your purchase.

If your return is approved, we will get back to you by email and let you know the next steps to take.

Damaged/missing items

Once your order has arrived, please check for any damages, if any items are missing, or you have been sent the wrong item.

Taking photos of your damaged items and attaching them to the email will help us understand what has gone wrong and we will send any replacements that we need to.

Exemptions

 Any items that have been bought that were on sale will not be refunded.
